- All homes are built by qualified tradespeople under the supervision of a Licensed Building Practitioner.
- Ezyline Homes uses tried and tested traditional construction methods and are easy to alter or add to.
- All homes leave our manufacturing facilities with a Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC).
- All our homes are built to exceed the requirements of the NZS 3604 Building Code.
- All homes are regularly inspected during construction by local council inspectors.

High quality building materials
- 4 rows of MiTek engineered bearers, to reduce floor spring.
- H3 treated particle board in all wet areas.
- All framing is 90 x 45 H1.2 treated timber with 2 rows of nogs.
- Gib board to all ceilings and horizontally fixed on walls for less joints.
- 55mm Gib coving to all ceilings.
Durability
- Fibre cement weatherboards on a treated batten cavity system.
- Quality Resene/Dulux 3 coat paint system inside and out – no self-priming paint is used.
- Colorsteel® roofing for years of trouble-free performance.
- Colorsteel® continuous spouting and Marley Downpipes.
Efficiency
- Ezyline homes are built to meet and exceed the H1 insulation requirements of the NZ Building Code. R6.6 in ceilings, R2.2 in the walls and R2.8 underfloor.
- Double glazed aluminium windows, Solux Low-E and Thermal Heart joinery throughout the home.
- LED recessed lighting allows energy efficient lighting and full coverage of ceiling insulation.

Why transportable?
The first question to answer is what actually is a transportable home? These homes are built in our manufacturing facilities, completed and then sent to your site via road transporter. You may hearthese homes referred to as prefabs/prebuilt.
