Wallace Stewart

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Hi. I’ve spent over 40 years in the building trade, with a little detour into farming along the way. In all that time, I’ve seen plenty of newfangled construction ideas and systems come and go, but you know what? None of them seem to last quite like good old-fashioned timber frame construction, especially here in New Zealand.

That’s why I’m all about building homes that are not just practical but also affordable. There’s something deeply satisfying about creating a place where people can call home, whether it’s for themselves, a family member, or even staff accommodation. I guess you could say I have a soft spot for solving housing needs.

When I’m not on the construction site, you’ll probably find me being the down-to-earth guy I am. I’m into sports, especially thoroughbred racing, and rugby – can’t resist a good game! And when I have some free time, you’ll catch me at home, tending to our lifestyle block. It’s my little slice of paradise.

Trevor Preston

GENERAL MANAGER

Hello! I’ve got over 17 years of experience dealing with the construction industry in NZ. I’ve worn the trade hat, and now I’m all about connecting with clients and making their dreams a reality.

There’s nothing quite like getting into the nitty-gritty of a client’s needs and finding the perfect solutions. It’s pure satisfaction seeing that look of joy on their faces when they lay eyes on their brand-new home for the first time – knowing we’ve secured a beautiful spot for their family.

Outside of work, I’m your standard kiwi bloke. I love a good fishing trip, especially with my wife. When the water’s not freezing, you’ll catch me scuba diving, and I’m all about tramping in the stunning Kaimai Ranges. Oh, and of course, I’m a proud supporter of the All Blacks and Vegemite’s a must in my pantry!

Paul Dekker

PALMERSTON NORTH BRANCH MANAGER

Hey there! I’m a practical kind of person, coming from a trade background. I’ve run my own businesses in the building and transport industries, so you could say I know the ropes.

Working in the construction industry is where I thrive, and Ezyline Homes is like a glove that fits just right. Our team here is top-notch, and we’ve got this awesome synergy going on – we play to each other’s strengths, and it works like a charm.

Give me a challenge any day! Our homes are all unique, and our clients love putting their personal touch on them. I get a kick out of solving problems and being part of our customers’ home-building journey.

When I’m not on the job, I’m all about family time. I’ve got a lifestyle block where we raise cattle and grow crops. And speaking of passion, V8 cars are my thing. I live for those weekend drives, exploring our beautiful country, and meeting fellow car enthusiasts.

Catch you on the open road!

Pam Burgess

CUSTOMER SUPPORT & ADMIN OFFICER

Hi. My background is in owning my own business, office admin, accounting, and sales. With over two decades of owning businesses under my belt I’ve brought that experience to Ezyline Homes.

My passion is keeping the books in tip-top shape and making sure the office runs like a well-oiled machine. Helping clients during and after their homes are built is where I shine.

I take pride in having an efficient office where I can swiftly answer client questions, even if they’re wondering about the paint colour, roof choice, or joinery shade years after their home was built and delivered.

Now, when I’m not in the business world, I’ve had my fair share of adventures. I’ve been a co-pilot in rally cars, organized a circuit racing team, and loved racing and cruising yachts for many years. I’ve also been part of a sailing team and organized a few events. Organization is my forte. My favourite things are following SailGP, America’s Cup, and manuka honey.

Sharon Adams

SALES COORDINATOR

Hi. My interest in building began when I had the opportunity to design my own home in the foothills of the Waitakere Ranges. Having lived on the site for 8 years, in an old cottage, I was able to take full advanatge of the views, sun and surrounding bush landscape. My late husband was an architectural designer and we worked together in the business helping people with plans and designs from carports to large family homes.

We moved to the King Country in 2003 for a lifestyle change and built a small cabin in the hills North of Raurimu, with awesome mountain views and one to two snowfalls a year. Later,  I worked in the building department of Council for almost 12 years.

I bring my experience in admin, sales and local government, along with a passion to help people on their home-building journey, to Ezyline Homes.

When I’m not working, I put my creativity into my art and garden and love walking with my wee dog.
